Use the Reset button if the touch screen and/or the buttons on the device do not work.

Adjust volume by pressing the 

VOL button on the  

upper area of the device.

Press the middle of the 

VOL button on the upper  

area of the device.

The Mute function is on.

 

Z

Lightly press the 

Reset button on the left side of the 

device with the Touch Pen.
