The outgong announcement s the greetng callers hear when calls are answered 

by the answerng system.
The telephone s preset wth a greetng that answers calls wth 

leave  a  message  after  the  tone.”  You  can  use  ths  preset  announcement,  or 

replace t wth your own. Whle n the 

ANNC menu, press ANNC agan to ext 

at anytme.

Press 

ANNC when the phone s not n use, and the system wll announce 

Press 

RECORD and the system announces, “Record after the tone. Press 

STOP when you are done.”
After  the  tone,  speak  towards  the  mcrophone  at  the  bottom  front  of  the 

telephone base from about nne nches away.
Press 

/PLAY/STOP when finished.

The  answerng  system  wll  automatcally  playback  the  newly  recorded 

announcement. Press 

/PLAY/STOP to stop the playback at anytme.

Press 

/PLAY/STOP  agan  to  replay  the  recorded  announcement.  Press 

RECORD to record agan (follow steps 2 through 4) f desred. Press ANNC 

to ext programmng mode.
