4. Alphanumeric characters
This chapter is intended to give an overview of how you can switch from numeric to
alphanumeric characters and use special characters. Here, it is necessary to
differentiate between the IP230 and IP110 IP telephones, which only have a numeric
keypad, and the IP200 IP telephone, which has both a numeric keypad and an
alphanumeric keypad. You can enter any Western European characters in accordance
with ISO 8859-1 using the keypad.
