In normal view mode, you can realize some functions in a

easy and fast way by pressing some special keys on the

RCU. These keys will be explained as follows:

Press OK key or press FAV key on the RCU, and will

display Program List window. Press FAV key again and

again or 

 keys to swtich among favorite groups that

you have defined before (refer to 3.2 Favorite Edit). 

keys are used to select the program that you want to

watch and press OK key to view in full screen.

You can press Ttx/CC/Sub key on the RCU to switch

among Teletext, Closed Caption, Subtitle and normal view

four modes. On the front panel, the first position of LEDs

shows different character on those four modes. It shows

“T” on Teletext mode, “C” on Closed Caption, “S” on Sub-

title and “P” on normal view. Only when the broadcaster

has provided this service did you can open teletext, closed

caption or subtitle. Except nomal view mode, you can

exit from current mode by poping up any menu.

When watching a channel, press 

 keys to switch chan-

nel or press INFO key, and a simple EPG banner that

includes now program information, and next program in-

formation will appear. Duration of banner’

s displaying can

be modified referring to 5.4 OSD Setup Banner Time. And

more, SD or HD mark will display at top-right corner of

this banner according to curren TV program transmitted

from headend.

By pressing INFO key again at this bar, system will pop

up a bigger textbox showing more details about current
