Nortel Networks warrants this hardware product will be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year under normal operating
conditions from the date of original purchase.

repaired or replaced by Nortel Networks under this warranty, the warranty will
continue to apply for the unexpired period of the original one (1) year warranty
or for ninety (90) days following delivery of the repaired or replacement
product to you, whichever is longer.

of Nortel Networks under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the
product covered by the warranty.
