Require WAAS command on the GPS Setup Menu, Advanced Mode.

Screen Contrast and Brightness

The adjustments work the same in both Easy and Advanced Mode, but
you access the 

 command differently in each mode:

In Easy Mode, you first press

↓ to

In Advanced Mode, you first press

To adjust the display's contrast:

1. The 

 slider bar is already selected. Press 

→ or ← to move the

bar. The left end of the scale is minimum contrast; the right end is
maximum contrast.

To adjust the display's brightness:

1. Press 

↓ to

→ or ← to move the bar. The left end of

the scale is minimum contrast; the right end is maximum contrast.
