Phone book full

• When you tried to store an item in the phone book, 

the phone book memory was full. Press [OFF] to exit 
programming mode. To erase other items from the 
phone book, see page 34.

• When the displayed item was sent to the destination 

handset, the phone book memory was full and 
copying stopped. If you tried to send all of the items, 
the item displayed with “Incomplete” and items after 
it have not been copied to the destination handset. 
Press [OFF] to exit (p. 35, 36). To erase items from 
the destination handset phone book, see page 34. 
You can copy all of the items again or copy the items 
which have not been copied one by one (p. 35, 36).

• You may have registered one of your handsets to 

another base unit without deleting its registration to 
this base unit. Erase the handset’s registration from

For the KX-TG5200 or KX-TG5202 base unit: 
(1) Press and hold LOCATOR [

] until the CHARGE 

indicator flashes, and (2) Press and hold LOCATOR [ ], 
[ ], [ ] or [ ] for the handset that you do not want until 
the CHARGE indicator flashes rapidly. When the 
indicator stops flashing, the handset number is erased.
