Setting the display and sound
  Setting user display  
You can set or remove the shooting information display.

 Press [MENU] in the shooting mode.

 Select User setup (

) → User Display 
→ an option.
   About histogram  
Histogram refers to the graph that shows the brightness 
distribution of picture. This represents a dark picture 
if the graph is inclined to the left and if the graph is 
leaning to the right, this represents a bright picture. The 
height of graph is related to the color information and 
the graph gets higher if a specifi c color is distributed 
more.
▲ Insuffi cient exposure ▲ Relevant exposure ▲ Excessive exposure
Setting the sound  
The user can set the sound that is made when 
manipulating the camera.

  In Shooting or Playback mode, press 
[MENU].

 Select Setup2(

)  → Sound → System 
Volume → an option.
Off
No signal sound is made 
when [ ] is pressed.
Low, Medium, High
Signal sound is made when 
[ ] is pressed.

 Press [MENU] to return to the previous 
mode.
