In RECORD Mode: 
Press and hold the Mode to access REC (Recording) 
Start voice recording: Once in REC, press the Play button to start recording. Press the “Play” 
button again to stop recording and automatically save the record file. Press “Play” to record 
again. 
 
Select Recording Type 
   On Stop Recording, press Mode to select the record REC Type.  
• 
Fine REC: 
wav format, excellent sound quality.  
• 
Long REC: 
act format, normal sound quality. 
• Fine 
VOR: 
wav format (voice-operated
 recording, automatically pauses when there is 
no sound). 
• 
Long VOR: 
act format. 
 
i. 
In Long VOX mode, the recording will be paused if there is no sound, and will resume 
when there is sound again.  
ii. 
Voice record files generally will be saved automatically in the Root folder.   
iii. 
When recording time exceeds 60 minutes, the display shows as “hh:mm”.  During 
recording, if battery power is low, player will stop recording, and save the recorded file 
automatically.  
iv. 
Each folder only supports 99 files. If the folder is full, player will display as “Out of 
Amount”. If the memory is full, player will indicate “Out of space”. If you need to store 
more than 99 songs (if you have the necessary memory available, then you will need to 
create another folder.) 
 
In VOICE Mode: 
 Press and hold the Mode to access VOICE (replaying the recorded voice files) 
•  Enter “Voice” and press “Play” to play “voice recorded files.  
•  When the voice recording stops playing, you can press the Mode again to delete the file: 
Press Mode – select “Delete File” – switch the Mode right/left to confirm Yes or No for deleting 
the recorded file. 
 
In FM Mode 
Press and hold the Mode key to access the FM Mode; Press the “Next/Prev” to go 
forward/backward to the next radio stations.  
 
Short –press the “Mode” to access sub-functions: Save – Search – Delete –Delete All – Select Band – 
Fine Record 
 
Save: Save the current radio station setting as a preset station.   
Search Mode: Provide different searches methods: Auto Search, Frequency search, or Station
