STARTING THE MP3 PLAYER

1. Turning the power on /off:
a. Press and hold the PLAY key to turn ON the power. The blue back light will light up and the

LCD screen will display “MP3 PLAYER”. One you see “MP3 PLAYER”, release the PLAY key.

b. While the player is on, press and hold the PLAY key to turn the power OFF. The LCD

screen will display “BYE BYE” as it powers off.

2.  Playing MP3/WMA music or recorded files:
While the MP3 player is powered on, quickly press the PLAY key to play music. The LCD screen
will display information about the music playing.

3.  Pause Music/Voice Track
Quickly press the PLAY key to pause the music/voice track. To resume playing, quickly press
the PLAY key again.

4.  Stop Music/Voice Track
While the music/voice track is playing, press and hold the PLAY key to stop the music/voice
track and return to Standby mode.

5.  Track Selection
In either Standby or Play mode, shift the MODE key to the left or right to choose the track you
want to play.

6.  Fast Forward/Rewind
While playing music, shift and hold the MODE key to the right or left to fast forward or rewind
the current track.

7.  A-B Repeat
While playing music, quickly press the MODE key to enter into AÆB mode.

a. Once you press the MODE key, you will see the “A” in the top left corner of the LCD display. The “A” indicates

the starting point of the part of the track you want to repeat.

b. To choose which part of the track you would like to select as the ending point of the repeat, quickly press the

MODE key again. You will see a “B” in the top, left corner of the LCD display. Once you see the “A-B” in the

top left corner, this means that you have successfully selected the portion of the track that you would like to

repeat. The selection will continue to repeat until you cancel the repeat function.

c. To cancel the AÆB repeat mode, quickly press the MODE key again to return to normal playing status.

8. Volume Control
While the MP3 player is in play mode, press the volume +/- keys to adjust the volume level.
