After clearing paper jams or replacing the Toner Cartridge, inspect the interior of the printer before
closing the top cover.

Cleaning the feed roll
If background image suppression agent is stuck to the feed roll when feeding postcards with pic-
tures, you may not be able to feed the postcards or paper. When feeding cannot be done, follow the
procedure below to wipe the feed roll gently with a well-wrung soft cloth.

The following procedure explains how to clean the feed roll of the paper tray. Follow this
