Turn the 

wheel to the right one or more times to highlight 

, then press 

down on the 

 wheel to start the recording.

Press  

(play/pause

 on the joystick to stop the recording. You can press 

(play/pause

 on the joystick again to add to the recording.

After you have finished recording, press down on the 

wheel to open the menu, 

then turn the 

wheel to the left or right one or more times to select the Play 

mode you want.
