Music Flow Player app 
doesn’t work properly.
Does an error occur when accessing the app?
 
y Make sure that your smart device is compatible with the app. 
 
y Make sure that the Music Flow Player app is the latest version.
 
y Make sure that the speaker’s front LED turns from red to white.
 
y If used with a Music Flow R1
 
- Make sure that the Music Flow R1 and the smart device are connected to 
same router.
 
- Make sure that the Music Flow R1’s indicator LED shows that it is working 
correctly. 
 
- If you experience troubles with connecting the Music Flow R1 and 
speaker, try relocating the speaker so that the speaker is closer to the 
wireless router or Music Flow R1.
Music Flow PC Software 
doesn’t work properly.
Does the firewall on your PC or Mac set to enable? 
 
y Disable all your firewalls and try to connect again. Refer to your firewall’s 
instruction or website.
Is the LAN cable connected to the wireless router and your PC or Mac 
properly?
 
y Ensure that the speaker and your PC or Mac are correctly connected to the 
local area network and can access the internet.
 
y The wireless communication may be interrupted from household devices 
that are using radio frequencies. Move the speaker and your PC or Mac 
away from them.
