GARP Switch Configuration
The Generic Attribute Registration Protocol (GARP) is used to exchange information
between GARP participants to register and deregister attribute values within a bridged LAN.

To configure the GARP switch:
1.
Select Switching
VLAN > Advanced > GARP Switch Configuration.
2.
Choose the GARP VLAN Registration Protocol administrative mode for the switch by
selecting Enable or Disable from the GVRP Mode radio button. The factory default is

Click the Apply button to send the updated configuration to the switch. Configuration
changes take effect immediately.
