Create a QoS Policy for a Router’s Ethernet LAN Port
To create a QoS policy for a device connected to one of the router’s Ethernet LAN

Launch a web browser from a computer or WiFi device that is connected to the network.

Enter http://www.routerlogin.net.
A login window displays.

Enter the router user name and password.
