The System Menu lists the functions relevant to the on-screen display (such as grid,
time and date), the view of the document, switching editors and print preview.

Table 11 - 1 indicates the System menu options and the dialogue displayed when the
option is chosen (if applicable), and the function of the option. Each function and the
use of any associated dialogue is described in detail on the following pages.

Reduce document on screen by 50%.

Display document in normal view.

Enlarge view of document by 50%.

Switch to Form Editor.

Display the document as it will print.
