Limiting Access to Copying 

The Copy Lock options limit access to copying by requiring a password to use the Copy function. You can 

also turn off copying. 

To view or modify user permissions: 
1.

  In Xerox

®

 CentreWare

®

 Internet Services, click 

Properties > Services. 

2.

  Click Copy. 

3.

  To edit security settings, for Security, click the Pencil icon. 

4.

  To modify User Permissions, for Feature, click Edit. 

5.

  To configure Guest User roles, click the Pencil icon. 

6.

  For Manage Permissions, select the required options. 

7.

  Click Save.
