Troubleshooting
The following section explains how to troubleshoot common 
problems that may occur when configuring or scheduling with 
WebConnect. 
Q: What should I do when I receive the error message “Cannot 
login to site X with host name X”?
A: Verify that the web server on that host has been started by 
going to your Internet Services Manager. On Windows 2000, the 
Internet Services Manager is accessed as follows: 
Start | Programs | Administrative Tools | Internet Services 
Manager
Also verify that the MP Agent Service on the host has been 
started. The MP Agent is accessed as follows:
Start | Services | MP Agent Service
Q: What should I do when I receive an error message stating that 
the user does not exist?
A: Verify that user profile informationparticularly user ID, 
password, user group, and meeting categories (if used)exists on 
all the sites within the user’s rollover map. 
If you do not have Directory Services installed, refer to the  
Importing User Profile and Group Information
 section in the 
MeetingPlace 2001 System Manager’s Guide for manual profile 
synchronization procedures. This section begins on page 3-16.
For further information, refer to your MeetingPlace Support 
Representative.
Q: When I try to assign a rollover map to a user group, I can’t 
find the user group I’m looking for in the list provided or when I 
search using the parameters provided.
