Telephony Access Fields
 1.
Server
number
A predefined number, from 0 to 8, that identifies the server. As a standalone
system, the MeetingPlace M3 conference server is always defined as server
number 0.

2. Main phone number
The main telephone number for the MeetingPlace conference server.
Assigned by the phone service provider or your company’s telephony
network administrator.
3.  1st alternate number
If your MeetingPlace server has multiple phone numbers (such as a toll-free
1-800 number as well as a local phone number), you can enter these numbers
in the alternate number fields. These phone numbers will appear to users in
future versions of the e-mail notifications.
4.  Label for notifications
Use this field to describe what the 1st alternate phone number is, such as a
toll-free number or a local number. This label will appear to users in future
versions of the e-mail notifications.
