Scheduling Parameters: Immediate Meetings

meeting (in minutes).  

It is recommended that this setting 
remain at or above 20 minutes. When 
only one caller is waiting in the 
waiting room, that caller is 
disconnected after this immediate 
meeting length expires. 

Extend Meeting (min) 

15 

Length of time (in minutes) a meeting 
is extended if time runs over and if 
ports are available. It is 
recommended that this field remains 
set above zero minutes. If this field is 
set to zero, meetings cannot be 
extended.  

Use the values in the following table to configure a system with both 
reservationless and scheduled meetings. These values maximize the port 
utilization and capacity of your system.
