For the

backup.

You can schedule a backup during normal business hours, even when the 
system is being used. To ensure that changes made to the database during 
the day are included in the backup, however, it is recommended that you 
back up your system at night.

The system performs a full backup of all the information in the system and 
displays the outcome of the backup in the Results of Last Backup attribute.

To view the results of the most recent backup:
