Select the 

 attribute. To shut down the MeetingPlace system, choose

For standalone MeetingPlace systems, the Server field is read-only.

For the 

 attribute, choose when to perform the shutdown.

Start MeetingPlace only under the guidance of your 

MeetingPlace support representative.

To turn on the MeetingPlace system, move the server power switch in 

the back of the system chassis to the “On”, 1 position. Allow up to 10 minutes 
for the server to initialize.

Immediately

At a specified time

Choose 

. Select the 

 attribute, 

and enter the number of minutes until the 
shutdown begins. Then click 

.

If you haven’t notified users of the shutdown, 
use this period to do so. (For more information, 
see

) During this period, users are asked 

to hang up before MeetingPlace shuts down. 
Users cannot log on to MeetingTime during 
this period. When the delay period ends, all 
users are disconnected from the system.
