Per-Device Licenses to Run Solution Apps (IWAN app and similar Cisco developed solution apps*)

Can be acquired by purchasing Cisco® Enterprise Management 3.X device licenses

APIC-EM Solutions Apps licenses can only be purchased by purchasing Enterprise MGMT 3.x licenses, which also gives the customer 
Cisco Prime™ Infrastructure licenses

The process for acquiring Prime Infrastructure 3.0 device licenses is explained in this document. The same process will also provide 
customers with right-to-use (RTU) licenses for APIC-EM Solution Apps
