Note: A hostname can be used in the database cluster join <master

hostname/IP>

command below but it will be replaced by the IP address of the

interface specified for the master.

The attach command pulls a full copy of the master database onto this server, and
therefore may take some time depending on the connection speed. For an empty
database, this operation is expected to take approximately 30 seconds.
