Phone Books
Phone books are phone number lists set up by you (your employee phone book) and the system
administrator (public phone books).

Employee Phone Books
Your employee phone book is the only one you can edit. All others are controlled by your administrator.

1. In the dial pad window, choose Employee Phonebook from the Phone Books drop-down list, and then
click Edit. The Phone Book Editor window appears.
