Solution
The agent is running CAD-BE on a computer where the Java Runtime

Solution
The agent is running CAD-BE on a computer on which the security
settings prevent the browser from running ActiveX components. This will
prevent the Java Runtime Environment from running. The Java Runtime
Environment is required to run CAD-BE. See the Cisco CAD Installation
Guide for the correct Internet Explorer and Firefox settings. After you
correct the settings, restart CAD-BE.
