Transceiver Modules: (From Paper to CD)

In alignment with Cisco’s green vision and customer feedback, the Transceiver Module
Group will stop the shipment of technical product documentation in paper version along
with parts ordered as spares. Instead, a CD copy of technical product documentation will
be provided to customers along with the products.
Major characteristics and benefits of this shipping method change include:

One CD provided instead of one paper copy per part shipped
●
CD containing technical product documentation for all Cisco transceiver modules (from
TMG)
●
Smaller and more environmental-friendly packaging
●
Conserve resources
●
CD is portable and durable
This initiative will be deployed between late March and April 2009.
