Peaceful autumn evening, 
on the edge of a pond...
The  wise  choice  of  a  neutral  grey 

graduated  filter  allowed    on  the  one 

hand,  the  balancing  of  the  delicately 

setting sun... the last touch of light on 

the trees, and on the other hand, the 

grass  in  the  foreground...  situated  in 

the shade. 
The  addition  of  a  warm-toned  filter 

(81B)  subtly  reinforces  the  autumnal 

tints.   
Andrew Kime, like many other landscape 

photographers,  prefers  filtration  that 

only an experienced eye can perceive.
No matter what your level of expertise 

with Photoshop

®

 or other software, you 

simply  cannot  obtain  renderings  as 

subtle in digital post-production.
