This document provides quick reference CLI configuration templates for basic and known Layer 2 and Layer
3 Wireless LAN (WLAN) configurations. Base templates are provided for a quick copy and paste into Cisco
Next Generation Wiring Closet (NGWC) 5760 and 3850 Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) lab recreations and
customer initial installations.

Cisco recommends that you have knowledge of NGWC Release 3.3 or later. It is expected that Switch Virtual
Interfaces (SVIs) and DHCP pools/snooping are preconfigured per best practices.
