Cisco Cisco Packet Data Interworking Function (PDIF)

Configures alarm or alert thresholds for the percentage of Network Address Translation (NAT) port chunk
utilization.

This command is only available in 8.3 and later releases.

Entering the above command sequence results in the following prompt:

threshold nat-port-chunks-usage high_thresh [ clear low_thresh ]
default threshold nat-port-chunks-usage

Configures this command with the default threshold settings.

Default: 0—disabled

Specifies the high NAT-port-chunks-usage percentage threshold that must be met or exceeded within the
polling interval to generate an alert or alarm.

high_thresh must be an integer from 0 through 100. A value of 0 disables the threshold.

Default: 0

Specifies the low nat-port-chunks-usage percentage threshold that must be met within the polling interval for
a clear alarm to be generated.

low_thresh must be an integer from 0 through 100. A value of 0 disables the threshold. If not set, the high_thresh
will be the high and low threshold setting.
