protocol protocol_number is the IANA protocol number associated with the port number. If this is not
provided, the listener will receive all packets from the listen_ip_address and port_number. protocol_number
is an integer from 1 through 255.

sessmgr instance session manager instance that will do the listening. instance is an integer from 1 through
270.

Use this command to create/configure/delete a multicast proxy host configuration.

The following command creates an IGMP multicast host configuration:
