Usage
Use this command to configure the credit-control client parameters for the subscriber.
This configuration should be enabled to report UE’s PLMN, timezone and ULI changes through Event-based-
Gy session. In the event that both Gy Online charging and Gy event reporting are enabled, the P-GW shall
send only CCR-Update requests to the OCS and shall not send CCR-Event requests.
