Uses the DSCP value copied from the user datagram. 

Use this command to apply the QoS policy based on the DSCP value encapsulated in the IP packet header to 
police subscriber session traffic flows.

The following command sets QoS policy with DSCP code value to 

 for Class 1, silver (AF12): 

qos encaps-header dscp-marking 0x0c
