You need to log into the Cisco Prime Network Registrar IPAM Web user interface to perform 

all functions.  Before you log into Cisco Prime Network Registrar IPAM for the first time, you 

need to be assigned a user name and password from your Cisco Prime Network Registrar 

IPAM administrator. 
Cisco Prime Network Registrar IPAM is administered via a Web browser.  If you are 

administering Cisco Prime Network Registrar IPAM from the same server you installed Cisco 

Prime Network Registrar IPAM on, you will find a shortcut in your Programs folder (

Start > 

Programs > InControl  InControl Supervisor).  Otherwise, follow the directions in the 

next section. 

2.2.1  Logging in for the First Time 
To log into Cisco Prime Network Registrar IPAM, follow these steps: 

1.  Open your Web browser. 
2.  In the Address bar, type the following URL: 

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080/incontrol 

where 

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

 is the IP address of the Cisco Prime Network Registrar 

IPAM Executive.
