To identify the jar file that is being used by any devices that are managed by Prime Network, open the Administration 
GUI client and check the properties of the VNE.    In the General tab, the driver file name is displayed. 

The following example shows the CRS is using the driver file Cisco-CRS-v5.0.0.0.jar that was provided in the base 
release of Prime Network 4.0 (“DP 0”). 

 

With this information, you can: 

•  Check if a newer version is available and what new support it provides (see the “New Support” sections in 

this document). 

•  Check which Device Package provides a specific jar version (see “Driver Files Provided per DP Release” in this 

document).
