Setting up Alarms
Proceed as follows to configure the alarm settings:
1 From the user interface of the D9804 MTR, click the System tab and then Alarms

5 Select Yes for Relay for the rear panel alarm relay to trigger to enable external
equipment connected to the alarm port. Otherwise, select No.
6 Set the Trap to Yes, and the SNMP trap message will be sent to the trap
destination. Select No and the fault message will be ignored.
7 Click Apply.
