Troubleshooting
If you experience any problems operating your satellite receiver, the following
troubleshooting guide may help you resolve your problem.
Note that temporary, solar-related electromagnetic disturbances occur every year
during the spring and autumn months. These disturbances usually persist for
several minutes a day for approximately one week during this period. When they
occur, your service provider should advise you about certain channels that may be
adversely affected. If you are unable to resolve your problem after consulting this
Troubleshooting checklist, contact your local service provider for assistance, or
contact Cisco Customer Support.
