Two ways to output handwritten notes:

- USB stick: store information without connecting 

to a PC. After inserting the stick in the USB port 
on the control panel, the memory button saves 
the image drawn on the board to the stick. Data 
can later be transferred to a PC for immediate
viewing / editing

- Printer: present an audience with an exact 

(colour) copy of what has been written on the 
board
