If your site supports SARA, complete these steps to stop the SARA Server after you 

stop the Spectrum NMS. 



  1.  At the SARA Server, open an xterm window. 



  2.  At the prompt, type appControl and press Enter.  

Result:  The Applications Control window opens. 

 



  3.  Type 2 to select Startup/Shutdown Single Element Group and press Enter.  

Result:  A list appears of all the SARA Server processes and shows their 

current working states (running or stopped).
