Updating Logical Contact Centers
You must update the Sync server to recognize any new logical contact centers 
that have been added to your contact center. Until the Sync server is reset, those 
new logical contact centers will not appear in the navigation tree in the left pane 
of the Desktop Administrator interface.
To update the logical contact centers:
1. Select Locations in the navigation tree.
2. From the menu, choose Setup > Reset
The Sync server resets itself and updates the list of logical contact 
centers.
3. Close and then restart Desktop Administrator.
The new logical contact centers are now listed under Locations in the 
navigation tree.
