Symptom Charts/System - 22

 

During startup, 

following message is 

displayed, "This 

startup disk will not 

work on this 

Macintosh model...."

1 Verify startup disk is good.

2 Verify system software is version 8.0 or later with enabler 

770 for G3 Minitower, or version 8.1 or later with 

appropriate software extensions for G3 Server.

3 Do a clean install of system software.
