A few options are available, including a lease 
arrangement with an end-of-term fair market value

HP Technology Services offers a comprehensive portfolio of HP 

Care Pack Services to help design, deploy, manage, and support 

your technology environment—enabling cost-effective upgrades with 

standard warranty and easy-to-buy and easy-to-use support packages.

Recommended service
3-year HP Hardware Support Onsite Service, 4-hour response, 

13x5. This service delivers a coverage window of 13 hours per day, 

between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding HP 

holidays or local equivalent. An HP authorized representative will 

arrive at the customer’s site within four hours of the service request 

being logged and begin hardware maintenance service and is 

committed to work until the problem is resolved.

Minimum service
3-year HP Hardware Support Onsite Service, next-business-day.

HP ProLiant Server Hardware Installation
HP Installation Service provides for the basic installation of HP 

branded servers, storage devices, and networking options.
