To restore files in quarantine:

Only use the function Restore selected object in exceptional cases. Only restore files that

In the Control Center, select the section Administration :: Quarantine.
Note
Emails and email attachments can only be restored using the option
and if they
have the extension *.eml.
To restore a file to its original location:
Highlight the file and click on the (Windows 2000/XP:
, Windows Vista
).
This option is not available for emails.

A message appears asking if you want to restore the file.
Click Yes.
The file is restored to the directory it was in before it was moved to quarantine.
To restore a file to a specified directory:
Highlight the file and click on

Click Yes.
The Windows default window for selecting the directory appears.
Select the directory to restore the file to and confirm.
The file is restored to the selected directory.
5.2.11 Quarantine: move suspicious files to quarantine
To move a suspect file to quarantine manually:
In the Control Center, select the section Administration :: Quarantine.
In the Control Center, select the section Administration :: Quarantine.
Click on

The Windows default window for selecting a file appears.
Select the file and confirm.
The file is moved to quarantine.
You can scan files in quarantine with the AntiVir Scanner:
