Step

Place CD in the correction direction, the label side up.

Clean CD, referring to the section on Care of Discs.

Adjust mounting angle to less than 30 degrees.

Mount the unit securely with the mounting parts, 
referring to the section on Installation.

Open the panel and press

. If failure persists, 

press the reset switch. If normal operation is not 
restored yet, call the store where you purchased the 
unit or the nearest service station to ask for repairs.

Change tilt setting to ON.

Preset station is reset.

Cause

Station is too far, or signals are 
too weak.

Battery cable is not correctly 
connected.

Step

Select other stations of higher signal level.

Connect the battery cable to the terminal that is always 
live.
