Category Prompt
- If a terminal is set to prompt for
a category in the System Configuration Table, press
either:
{YES} to return to order entry.
{NO} to continue printing and/or tendering.
3. If {PAYMENT} or preset {CHARGE~WITH~TIP} was entered:
•
When prompted, index amount of tip, {ENTER}.
4. The check is paid out.
•
Check prints in its entirety if:
→
It has not been previously printed or printed
with all current adjustments.
→
It has been previously printed, but POS Option
#34, Reprint Check at Pay Time, is set to YES.
•
The payment validation prints on the guest check
printer.
•
Screen displays check total and change due.
•
The cash drawer opens.
•
Validation writes to the Audit Trail Report.
5. Display returns to the Server Screen, unless in Quick
Service mode.
•
Determined on each Crystal Point touch station by
Touch Screen Option, Terminal Type.
