Index Search 51
This feature allows you to index the starting points of programs
that you have recorded on a tape. Then, you can easily rewind or
fast forward to that point.
Example:
If you are watching program number 4 and you want to fast for-
ward to program number 7, skip three programs.

Within 10 seconds, use the Number buttons to enter the
number of programs that you want to skip. For example,
to skip three programs, press Number buttons 0, 3. If you do not

Within 10 seconds, press the F.FWD/B button or the
REW(ind)/{ button to skip forward or backward. The
VCR will fast forward or rewind to the beginning of the desired
program, then begin playback. (The program numbers count down
on the screen as the searching progresses. To remove the on-
screen counter, press the INDEX SEARCH button once.)
