This function enables you to delete programmed transmissions and data 
stored in the memory.

Press [FUNCTION] and 
[FILE CANCEL]. 

Press [EINGABE] and use the 
arrow keys (OT 39 /40) to select the 
required entry.

Press [ENTER].

The document is deleted and the memory data list is printed 
automatically.
