Setting Up the VMware ESX Server
This chapter describes settings related to the server iSCSI interface.

Setting Up for VMware vSphere
Set up the VMware ESX server using the vSphere Client. The procedures described here are

Turning on the Devices
To turn on the connected devices, use the following procedures:

Check that the LAN switch's Ready (or equivalent) LED is lit.

Turn on the ETERNUS DX Disk storage systems.

Check that the ETERNUS DX Disk storage systems' Ready LED is lit.
