Using the Contacts Directory
Each Contacts record has seven fields that
appear in the following order: NAME?,
ADDRESS?, E-MAIL?, HOME#?, WORK#?,
CELL#?, FAX#?. You can enter a maximum
of 36 characters in all fields except
ADDRESS? and E-MAIL?. A maximum of 48
characters can be entered in these two fields.
