Step
1
Assemble lid
A.  Attach lid handle to lid using 2 sets of heat resistant washers (G), large washers 
(F), large lock washers (I), and large wing nuts (D).
B.  Attach left top hinge to lid using small screw (A), heat resistant washer (G), small 
washer (E), small lock washer (H), and small wing nut (C).
C.  Attach right top hinge to lid using small screw (A), heat resistant washer (G), 
small washer (E), small lock washer (H), and small wing nut (C).

Unfold legs
Unfold legs from grill bottom and snap into place.

Attach bottom hinges
A.  Attach left bottom hinge to bottom bowl using small screw (A), heat resistant 
washer (G), small washer (E), small lock washer (H), and small wing nut (C).
B.  Attach right bottom hinge to bottom bowl using small screw (A), heat resistant 
washer (G), small washer (E), small lock washer (H), and small wing nut (C).
Note: Finger tighten hinges into place.

Attach left side handle
Attach left side handle, heat resistant plate and left side handle support to bottom 
bowl using 2 sets of large washers (F), large lock washers (I), and large wing 
nuts (D).

For Easiest Assembly:
•  To avoid losing any small components or hardware, assemble your product on a hard level 
surface that does not have cracks or openings.
•  Clear an area large enough to layout all components and hardware.
•  When applicable, tighten all hardware connections by hand first. Once the step is 
completed, go back and fully tighten all hardware.
•  Follow all steps in order to properly assemble your product.

Attach right side handle
Attach right side handle, heat resistant plate and right side handle support to 
bottom bowl using 2 sets of large washers (F), large lock washers (I), and large 
wing nuts (D).
